Peptelle reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies, pricing information, or cancel orders where incorrect information has been published, without prior notice.

5. Allergies & Patch Testing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Peptelle reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order, including where fraudulent activity, pricing errors or stock shortages are identified. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued where applicable.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Peptelle is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns Policy and your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.

10. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to terms and conditions specified at the time of promotion. They cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated. Peptelle reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time.

11. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, branding, product names, images, text, formulations, website design and other intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of Peptelle and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written consent.
